Sometimes it can be hard to find time to do exercise. Of course parents want to spend time with their children during weekends! If you really want to do some workout, have fun and spend time with the family go climbing!!
We have never really got into climbing, just gone couple of times with friends who are “all in” in climbing. Now we will probably go every week! My daughter (2,5 years) loved it.
I wanted to run as well so Logi took her on the bike to the Climbing gym (3.5km from home) and I ran. After the climbing I continued my run (18km in total).
