Friday
2.45pm welcoming circle / orientation
3-5 pm afternoon asana (yoga session)
5-6 pm meditation pranayama/breathing
6-7.30pm dinner & break
7.30 – 8.30pm philosophy & daily wrap up
9pm lights out

Saturday
6-7.30 am pranayama & meditation
7.30-10am breakfast & break
10am – 12noon morning asana (yoga session)
12 – 2.30pm lunch & chillout
2.30-3.30pm philosophy
3.30-4.00pm chillout
4-5.30pm arvo asana (yoga session)
5.30pm-6 pranayama/meditation
6-7pm dinner & chillout
7-8pm evening option

Sunday
6-7am pranayama/meditation
7-8.30am morning asana (yoga session)
8.30am-10am breakfast & chillout
10-11am philosophy
11-1pm afternoon asana (yoga session)
1-1.30pm pm closing circle
1.30-2.30pm lunch / clean up / pack
3.00pm depart
